Form EIA-1605 is available for reporting emissions through 2007.  The form and instructions are accessible in two formats: the preferred Web-based electronic form and a downloadable paper version.  (Printed copies of the paper form are available on request.)

Please refer to the Reporting Schedule for more information on deadlines for submitting your reports for emissions through 2008.   

Electronic Form (Under Development)

EIA currently is developing the electronic version of Form EIA-1605, a secure Web-based application. All reporters, verifiers, and certifiers will be required to sign up with EIA in order to access the electronic form.

Further information about the electronic form and sign-up for EIA’s Single Sign-On application will become available as the electronic form nears completion.

Instructions
