EIA presents its outlook for heating fuel costs with the release of its October 2009 Short-Term Energy Outlook at a press conference as part of the 2009 – 2010 Winter Fuels Outlook Conference.  The Conference is an annual event sponsored by EIA and the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability and hosted by the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO).
