It does include the small number of households where the fuel for central air-conditioning equipment was something other than electricity; those households were treated as if the fuel was electricity. 5 Households where the main or secondary water-heating fuel is electricity, natural gas, fuel oil, kerosene, or LPG. a The row factor in this section is underestimated because it contains no error for estimating the end-use. (*) = Value rounds to zero in the units displayed. NE = RSE row factor not estimated because RSE's for all statistics in this row are between 0.0 and 1.0 percent. Q = Data withheld either because the Relative Standard Error (RSE) was greater than 50 percent or fewer than 10 households were sampled.
