Definition:
Net Electricity is defined as the sum of quantities
         of electricity that are:
            1) purchased,
            2) transferred in, and
            3) generated from noncombustible renewable
                 resources,
minus quantities of electricity that are:
            4) sold, and
            5) transferred out. Definition:
Offsite-Produced Electricity is defined as the sum
of quantities of electricity that are:
            1) purchased, and
            2) transferred in. Definition:
Net Demand for Electricity, which is the total
amount of electricity used by manufacturing
establishments, is defined as the sum
of quantities of electricity that are:
            1) purchased,
            2) transferred in, and
            3) generated onsite from any source,
minus quantities of electricity that are:
            4) sold, and
            5) transferred offsite.
