Changes to Table 3.4

Change in Table Title:
 
From "OECD Total Net Imports (Most Recent 12 Months)" to "OECD Total Net Oil Imports (Most Recent 12 Months)" to emphasize that the data in the table are for oil imports.


Changes in Row Titles:
 
The title of the first row was changed form "Total" to "Total Net Imports" to emphasize that the data are for net imports. The subgroup row titles for OECD Europe ("Main European Importers," "European Net Exporters," and "Smaller European Importers") were dropped and the countries of OECD Europe are now listed in alphabetical order.


Change in Data:
 
Other OECD Countries--The source for non-United States data has been changed to the International Energy Agency's (IEA's) Monthly Oil Data Service from the IEA's Monthly Oil and Gas Statistics Database.
