Changes in Data:
 
Other OECD Countries--The source for the 2002 non-United States demand data and for the 2002 non-United States oil stocks data used to calculate the Other OECD Net Reported Stock Draws has been changed to the International Energy Agency's (IEA's) Monthly Oil Data Service from the IEA's Monthly Oil and Gas Statistics Database.
 
Non-OECD Countries and Regions and Total World--Some errors in the demand data for 1998-2001 were corrected.
