How many employees are there?

There are approximately 10 million workers employed in education buildings across the United States; this is 13 percent of the commercial workforce.

Total Workers

Education buildings contain an average of  33 workers per building, more than the average for all commercial buildings, which is 17 workers.

There is an average of 767 square feet per worker in education buildings, just about the same as the average for all commercial buildings, which is 766 square feet per worker.
