We have included a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document to our
Internet Data Collection site. If you are having a problem with the web system, please try to resolve the problem
by reading the FAQ. If the answer to your question is not in the FAQ, then contact your survey manager or our Help
Desk at 202-586-9595.
The Electric Power Division is selecting candidates to participate in the Internet data collection. To apply to
participate you will need to request a password and a logon identification code. To obtain them, please contact the
appropriate survey manager(s) via e-mail.
The survey manager will need the following information: (1) your name, (2) telephone number, (3) e-mail address,
(4) name of company and postal mailing address, (5) EIA identification code (if your company has not been assigned
one or you do not know it, then please mark as unknown), and (6) the EIA survey form(s) you submit. We will then
contact you via e-mail to confirm this information and your e-mail address.
