All the Commercial Reactors in the World: According to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), there are 436 commercial nuclear power reactors in operation.  Five nuclear reactors are in long term shutdown and 53 are in various stages of construction. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) forecasts international nuclear capacity up to 2030.

The work doesn’t end when the facility is shut down. An inspector for the International Atomic Energy Agency uses a Crenkov Viewing device to detect the ‘glow’ of ultraviolet radiation emanating from spent fuel assemblies.
