Annual Steam-Electric Plant Operation and Design Data This is a steam-electric plant data file that includes annual data from organic- or nuclear-fueled steam-electric plants with a generator nameplate rating of 10 or more megawatts. The data are derived from the Form EIA-767 "Steam-Electric Plant Operation and Design Report." The file contains data on plant operations and equipment design (including boilers, generators, cooling systems, flue gas desulfurizations, flue gas particulate collectors, and stacks). Plant-level data on SO2, NOx, and CO2 emissions are also available. The F767yy.EXE is a self-extracting zip file which expands into 18 DBF files and a Layout Text file (F767LAY.txt). Starting from year 1998, only 16 DBF files and one text file are publicly available. Tables FOOTNOTE.DBF and PFUEL.DBF are excluded from the public use to protect data confidentiality. To expand the file, double click on the file name F767yy.EXE* from Windows Explorer in either Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, XP, or ME. Or, click Start, then Run, then select name of .EXE file to open, then "OK." Warning: These files require 15 megabytes of space when expanded. * Note: The applicable year "yy" in the file name.
