The second-highest volume–nearly 140 contracts–were settled on Day 2, with the highest volume–about 200 contracts–settled just over 2 weeks later. Since then, the graph shows highly variable levels of activity, ranging from about 105 to 0. Typical trading between early August 2001 and the end of November 2001 was 20 to 30 contracts. Back
